Where a mini-split makes sense
A ductless system cools and heats one space without running new ductwork. It’s often the cleanest answer when the main system can’t reach a room, or the room was never on it.

How we put one in
We look at the space, how it’s used, and where the heat is coming from, then size the system for it. You get the price before any work starts.
We install and service Mitsubishi Electric ductless systems, and we’re a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor. That designation takes extra factory training to earn. Systems we install in single-family homes can qualify for a Mitsubishi Electric warranty of up to 12 years when registered within 90 days.

Fixing the room that never cools
Sometimes one hot room is a ductwork or airflow problem in the main system, not a reason to add equipment. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you. You’ll get the options and the prices, and you decide.

Can a mini-split cool a garage or shop?
Yes. Garages, workshops, and additions are some of the most common places we put them, because they cool and heat a space without new ductwork.
Do mini-splits heat as well as cool?
Yes. Ductless systems are heat pumps, so one system cools in summer and heats in winter.
Is a mini-split the only fix for a hot room?
Not always. Sometimes it’s an airflow or ductwork problem in the main system. We’ll look at both and give you the options.

Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM. On-call nights and weekends are guaranteed Memorial Day through September 30. The rest of the year, call anyway: technicians are often available, and we run on-call for extreme weather.
