Furnace & heating repair in Dallas–Fort Worth
Gas furnaces, heat pumps, and electric heat. Safety checks, repairs, and new installs, priced before any work starts.

What we work on
North Texas homes heat a few different ways, and we service all of them.
- Gas furnaces: burners, igniters, flame sensors, heat exchangers, and venting
- Heat pumps: defrost, reversing, and backup heat
- Electric heat and air handlers
- Thermostats and controls
The technician finds the real problem and prices it before any work starts. When there’s more than one way to fix it, you see the options.
Safety checks come first
A gas furnace that runs isn’t always a furnace that’s safe. On a heating visit we check the heat exchanger and the venting, along with the burners, igniter, and flame sensor.
Community Club members get that check every fall as part of their heating tune-up.
What the fall tune-up covers
- Burners, igniter, and flame sensor
- Heat exchanger and venting
- Heat-pump defrost and backup heat
- Thermostat operation
- Replace standard filters, check airflow
New furnaces and heat pumps
When it’s time to replace, the new furnace or air handler is sized for the house, not copied from the old unit. For most jobs we install Trane equipment, and the old equipment is hauled away.

Every system replacement includes a 10-year labor warranty through JB Warranties. There’s no deductible, it covers repairs for the life of the plan, and it transfers free if you sell your home.
If repair is still a fair option, we price both so you can compare.
Financing: 0% APR for up to 18 months through Hearth on qualifying projects, subject to credit approval.
What customers say
Paul, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary work.
They could very easily have charged me anything, but they checked everything, and all was well with the system. All I needed were new air filters. I GREATLY appreciate their honesty and quality.
I had a 18 yr old unit that I was pretty much on borrowed time… They provided a solution to even out temperatures in multiple rooms on the 2nd floor, provided a fair estimate, and completed the installation on schedule.
Community Club: $169 a year per system
