Colleyville homes we work in
Colleyville has many larger homes on big lots, a lot of them built from the 1980s through the 2000s. Bigger houses often have two or more systems, and many of those systems are reaching the age where repairs start stacking up.
Most of our Colleyville work is repairs, and July is our busiest month there. When an older system keeps needing work, we price the repair and a replacement side by side, and every replacement includes a 10-year labor warranty through JB Warranties.

What customers say
Our upstairs unit would not come on and it was 94 degrees upstairs in our game room… Within a few minutes he found the problem and within 1.5 hours grandkids were back upstairs, in the cool, shooting pool.
Of course it broke Saturday evening, the communication through text was almost immediate… My service tech, Elliott, was awesome! He arrived exactly when he said he would, had the part on hand, gave me the price for the repair and finished the work quickly.
Paul, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary work.
Community Club: $169 a year per system
Spring and fall tune-ups, 10% off parts, repairs, and full replacements, and reminders by text.
Colleyville HVAC questions
Is it worth repairing an older system in my Colleyville home?
A repair usually makes sense when the system has been maintained and the fix is a small share of a new one. Replacement starts to make sense when repairs keep coming, it uses a phased-out refrigerant, or it can’t keep up in July. We price both, and you decide.
Do you charge to come out to Colleyville?
Yes, the trip fee is $79, the same as everywhere we go. It covers what it takes to get a truck to your door: gas, insurance, and vehicle upkeep. If we can’t fix the problem on that first visit, any labor from it is credited toward the return repair visit.
How fast can you get to Colleyville in summer?
Many times it’s the same day or the next day. It depends on how full the schedule is, so call (469) 667-7290 and we’ll give you the soonest opening.
Do you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. The technician diagnoses the system and prices the repair before any work starts. When there are options, you see them.
What equipment do you install?
We use the best equipment for the job at the best price. For most jobs, we believe that’s Trane for split systems and Mitsubishi Electric for mini-splits. We’re a Trane Comfort Specialist and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, and both take extra training to earn. We service most other makes and models too.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call technicians for nights and weekends are guaranteed from Memorial Day through September 30. The rest of the year, call anyway: technicians are often available, and we run on-call during extreme weather.
