My upstairs is hot but downstairs is fine. What’s wrong?
It’s usually the upstairs system itself: a failing part, low refrigerant, a clogged filter or coil, or ductwork in a hot attic. The technician checks the upstairs unit and its ducts, finds the cause, and prices the fix before any work starts.
Do you service homes with three or more systems?
Yes. Larger Frisco homes often have three or more systems, and we service and replace all of them. The Community Club covers each system for $169 a year, with spring and fall tune-ups and 10% off parts, repairs, and full replacements.
Do you charge to come out to Frisco?
Yes, the trip fee is $79, the same as everywhere we go. It covers what it takes to get a truck to your door: gas, insurance, and vehicle upkeep. If we can’t fix the problem on that first visit, any labor from it is credited toward the return repair visit.
How fast can you get to Frisco in summer?
Many times it’s the same day or the next day. It depends on how full the schedule is, so call (469) 667-7290 and we’ll give you the soonest opening.
Do you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. The technician diagnoses the system and prices the repair before any work starts. When there are options, you see them.
What equipment do you install?
We use the best equipment for the job at the best price. For most jobs, we believe that’s Trane for split systems and Mitsubishi Electric for mini-splits. We’re a Trane Comfort Specialist and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, and both take extra training to earn. We service most other makes and models too.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call technicians for nights and weekends are guaranteed from Memorial Day through September 30. The rest of the year, call anyway: technicians are often available, and we run on-call during extreme weather.
