Should I repair or replace an older system in Grapevine?
A repair usually makes sense when the system has been maintained and the fix is a small share of a new one. Replacement starts to make sense when repairs keep coming, it uses a phased-out refrigerant, or it can’t keep up in July. We price both and you decide.
Do you charge to come out to Grapevine?
Yes, the trip fee is $79, the same as everywhere we go. It covers what it takes to get a truck to your door: gas, insurance, and vehicle upkeep. If we can’t fix the problem on that first visit, any labor from it is credited toward the return repair visit.
How fast can you get to Grapevine in summer?

Do you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. The technician diagnoses the system and prices the repair before any work starts. When there are options, you see them.
What equipment do you install?
We use the best equipment for the job at the best price. For most jobs, we believe that’s Trane for split systems and Mitsubishi Electric for mini-splits. We’re a Trane Comfort Specialist and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, and both take extra training to earn. We service most other makes and models too.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call technicians for nights and weekends are guaranteed from Memorial Day through September 30. The rest of the year, call anyway: technicians are often available, and we run on-call during extreme weather.
