AC repair & HVAC service in McKinney, TX
We run AC repair, heating calls, and Community Club tune-ups all over McKinney. The price comes before the work, every time.
McKinney homes we work in
McKinney ranges from the older homes around the historic downtown square to the newer neighborhoods west and north of it. Older homes can have undersized or patched ductwork. Newer two-story builds usually have an upstairs unit in the attic doing most of the summer work.
About a third of our McKinney visits are Community Club tune-ups. Regular spring and fall maintenance is the easiest way to avoid a breakdown on the first hot weekend.

Call, text, or book online. The office confirms an arrival window and texts you when the technician is on the way. Before any work starts, you get the price, and many repairs are done on the first visit because we carry common parts on the truck.
Every system replacement includes a 10-year warranty through JB Warranties, and Community Club members get 10% off parts, repairs, and full replacements.
What customers say
Our upstairs unit would not come on and it was 94 degrees upstairs in our game room… Within a few minutes he found the problem and within 1.5 hours grandkids were back upstairs, in the cool, shooting pool.
Of course it broke Saturday evening, the communication through text was almost immediate… My service tech, Elliott, was awesome! He arrived exactly when he said he would, had the part on hand, gave me the price for the repair and finished the work quickly.
Paul, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary work.
Community Club: $169 a year per system
Spring and fall tune-ups, 10% off parts, repairs, and full replacements, and reminders by text.
McKinney HVAC questions
Do you do tune-ups in McKinney?
Yes. The Community Club is $169 a year per system and includes a spring cooling tune-up, a fall heating tune-up, and 10% off parts, repairs, and full replacements.
Do you charge to come out to McKinney?
Yes, the trip fee is $79, the same as everywhere we go. It covers what it takes to get a truck to your door: gas, insurance, and vehicle upkeep. If we can’t fix the problem on that first visit, any labor from it is credited toward the return repair visit.
How fast can you get to McKinney in summer?
Many times it’s the same day or the next day. It depends on how full the schedule is, so call (469) 667-7290 and we’ll give you the soonest opening.
Do you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. The technician diagnoses the system and prices the repair before any work starts. When there are options, you see them.
What equipment do you install?
We use the best equipment for the job at the best price. For most jobs, we believe that’s Trane for split systems and Mitsubishi Electric for mini-splits. We’re a Trane Comfort Specialist and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, and both take extra training to earn. We service most other makes and models too.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. On-call technicians for nights and weekends are guaranteed from Memorial Day through September 30. The rest of the year, call anyway: technicians are often available, and we run on-call during extreme weather.
